I’m not good with computers. Can I use your products?

A:
In general, we try to make our products and memberships as easy to use as possible.
However, you do need to have some basic computer skills to use our online or digital products.
You will need to…
1. Access your email account.
2. Check that our email address does not end up in your junk mail.
3. Enter login details on a simple login page.
4. Navigate your way around a membership site by clicking some easy links.
If you can do all this, then you’ll have no problem with any of our online products.

If you need further help, please submit a support ticket to our Helpdesk with as many details as possible about the problem you’re experiencing.


Q: What kind of products do you offer?

A: Our products include training and educational tools for both online and offline use.
Online training is in the form of videos, pdfs and mp3s.
Offline we supply useful resources such as paperback books and cards.

Please read the information below for information regarding our digital downloadable products. This policy helps us look after our genuine customers and maintain the highest quality service for our dedicated client community:
– Take your time to watch our videos and read the articles. We recommend that you order carefully and only if you want intermediate to advanced training. Once you order, you will then receive the tutorials and digital downloads as described on the product details page. These are instant online delivery products and when you sign up we supply as promised. We do not normally offer refunds, however if your purchase includes a membership subscription you can cancel any ongoing regular payments at any time and we reserve the right to void or refund any order which is irregular.
